Amchem successfully completed a challenging waterproofing project at a prestigious resort near Mahabalipuram Beach, Chennai. This 35+ year-old structure required specialized treatment to combat the aggressive coastal environment while preserving its architectural character.
The project demanded a sophisticated approach due to the building's age and its location in a harsh marine environment. Our team implemented the Drythane Ultimate Combo system over existing pressed clay tiles, providing a comprehensive solution to address significant waterproofing challenges while ensuring minimal disruption to resort operations.
