Amchem successfully completed a comprehensive waterproofing project at MyHome Twitza in Hyderabad, covering an extensive area of 75520 square feet. This project showcased our complete Drythane Ultimate Combo system, including our advanced Drythane Aliphatic Top Coat.
The project involved multiple stages of application, including primer coating, hybrid polyurea application, and polyurethane treatment. Special attention was given to floor and parapet wall joint treatments to ensure complete waterproofing integrity.
Our Drythane Aliphatic White coating, with its impressive Solar Reflective Index (SRI) of 110 provides significant heat reduction of at least 12°C, contributing to the building's energy efficiency.
