Residential Roofing Project
Drythane applied on the roof of a residential bungalow under renovation. The owner wanted a first-rate coating to protect his newly renovated house.
Drythane recently completed a typical residential waterproofing project in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. The owner is rebuilding the residential bungalow and was looking for a long-lasting 100% effective waterproofing solution. The architect specified that Drythane (100% Solids Polyurethane Waterproofing membrane) should be applied at a thickness of 2.00 mm. The coating was applied directly on the cast concrete roof. The surface was cleaned and primed with Drythane PIV Damp Tolerant Polyurethane Primer. Due to ongoing construction, the surface was damp at many locations but the primer as able to handle this condition without any adverse effect. After the primer was touch dry, Drythane Main coat was applied using paint rollers in two coats to the specified thickness of 2.00 mm.
The resultant transformation is quite evident from the attached pictures! The customer is extremely happy with the final product and his investment in the expensive remodelling is now safe from damage. Drythane is revolutionizing the waterproofing industry!
