Massive 322,800 sqft waterproofing project at iPhone manufacturing facility in Kolar, Karnataka using Drythane Ultimate Combo System.
In a landmark project for Amchem, we successfully implemented the Drythane Ultimate Combo System at the Wistron Infocomm iPhone manufacturing facility (Tata Electronics) in Kolar, Karnataka. This extensive project covered an impressive 322,800 square feet across eight towers, making it one of our largest installations to date.
The project showcased our comprehensive waterproofing solution, featuring primer application, hybrid polyurea coating, and our standard polyurethane application. We topped it off with Drythane Aliphatic White coating, which provides an impressive Solar Reflective Index (SRI) of 110 and achieves a minimum heat reduction of 12°C.
The success of this project led to an additional commission in 2024 for waterproofing 52,000 square feet of terrace area for a canteen building. Notably, Amchem secured this project against 11 competing waterproofing providers, demonstrating the superior quality and reliability of our solutions.
